The core business for Borders Online is our network; we run and manage a network that's comparable in size to a medium sized business, and uses technologies that normally only large business need to be concerned about.

We are happy to help local businesses in the Scottish Borders and surrounding areas to understand their networking requirements; from small local area networks to more complex setups.

Cabinets, switches, routers, VPN gateways, WiFi management and Telephony gateways are the most commonly requested hardware, which we can help specify, supply, install and configure.

For the more complicated and/or larger customer requirements, we also manage and maintain our own large network running things like OSPF, MPLS, VPLS and BGP, so we are conversant in many of the more complicated technologies too.
