Borders Online has kept its tariffs constant since 2017 while more than doubling data allowances for capped tariffs. Unfortunately, increases in our operating costs, particularly over the last 2 years, means that we can no longer afford to maintain our current tariffs.
Hence, with regret, we would like to notify customers that there will be an increase to all tariffs with effect from 1st October 2023 please see our website for new prices.
Please Note: Any customer who is still within their initial contract (either 12 or 18 months) will be charged their original tariff until the end of their contract period. We aim to never change pricing mid-contract.
